Correctly using this Pilates band
The white line on this band shows you the centre to help you with correct placement. We recommend two resistance levels for your bands: one for warming up and one for your main workout. Rubber is a fragile material. If you train in shoes, we recommend using fabric bands.
Caring for this Pilates band
To extend the life of your band, we recommend:
- Gently cleaning it with warm water and a damp cloth after each workout
- Sprinkling some talcum powder on it from time to time
- Storing it out of direct light and away from heat sources, ideally at temperatures below 30°C
- Do not store in your car, where significant temperature variations can damage it.
