Returns

How can I make a return?

Changed your mind? No problem! You have 90 days to return your products (or 30 days if you made an in-store purchase without being a member).
If you made an online purchase, you can visit any Decathlon store or use a BOX NOW locker completely free of charge. Alternatively, you can always ship it back via any other courier (at the sender's expense).
For in-store purchases, returns must be made exclusively at a physical store. Find your nearest Decathlon store.

Can I return one – or more – products from my order?

Of course! You can return as many products as you like from your order. You will be refunded the amount corresponding to those specific items, without affecting the rest of your order.
Keep in mind that direct exchanges are not currently available. If you need a different size or color, the process is simple: return the item and place a new order for your new choice.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your product and we confirm everything is in order, the refund process begins. You will receive the amount within 14 business days, using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
Don't worry, we’ll let you know as soon as your return is approved!

What should I do if my received a defective item?

If your product appears to have a defect, don’t worry—we’re here to help! Send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Don’t forget to attach a few clear photos of the defect, so we can immediately understand what happened and assist you even faster! Our team will review your request and guide you step-by-step through the product return and refund process.
Important note: in this case, the shipping costs are refundable!

Are there any exceptions to the products I can return?

Your safety and hygiene are our top priority, which is why certain items cannot be returned.
These include food and beverages, protective equipment (such as helmets, climbing ropes, carabiners, and sunscreens), buoyancy aids (life jackets, armbands, swim rings), as well as bicycle maintenance products.
However, if you've purchased any of these and are having second thoughts, don't hesitate to contact us and we'll find the best solution for you together!

Delivery

What is the delivery time for my order?

Delivery time depends on your location, product availability, and the shipping method you choose. You can see the estimated delivery date right before completing your order.
One more thing: if your order includes multiple items, they might arrive in separate packages. In this case, you can select a different shipping method for each one and track their progress separately.

Where can I track my order?

You can track your order at any time through the Purchase History in your profile. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey in real-time on the courier's website.
If your order is shipped in more than one package, you will receive a separate tracking code for each.
Important note: please pay close attention to the courier’s notifications, as after 2 failed delivery attempts, the package is returned to us and we will automatically proceed with a refund.

What are the available shipping methods and the delivery costs?

Choose how you want to receive your gear!
You can pick up your order for free from the store of your choice in just 4 hours (if the product is in stock) or within 4-6 business days.
If you prefer a more flexible pickup, shipping via a BOX NOW locker is available for €2.50, provided that your chosen product fits in the locker.
We also offer home delivery to the address you provide during checkout. In this case, shipping costs are determined by the total weight of your order.
Keep in mind that available shipping methods are shaped by your address, order size, and product availability. Therefore, simply choose the method that suits you best from the options shown in your cart for each purchase.

Do you ship outside of Greece?

At the moment, our orders are shipped exclusively within Greece.

Payment

What are the available payment methods?

At Decathlon, we want you to complete your purchases quickly and securely, using the method that suits you best. You can use your debit or credit card, as well as digital options like Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal for even faster checkout. If you prefer to pay in installments, Klarna is the best option for you, and of course, you can always redeem your gift card. Choose the ideal payment method for you and get ready to receive your favorite gear!

Can I pay in installments?

Absolutely! With Klarna, you have the option to pay for your order in 3 interest-free installments, even without a credit card. Get your gear today and pay later!

Can I pay via cash on delivery or at the store upon picking up my order?

Currently, payment via cash on delivery or upon pickup in-store is not available. Payment is made exclusively online for your orders.
Don't worry, though—all transactions are carried out with absolute security, using the most modern protection protocols, so you can complete your purchases stress-free!

Is tax exemption available?

Currently, the option for tax exemption (VAT-free purchase) is not available for online purchases.

How can I request an invoice?

In order to have an invoice issued for your purchases, it is necessary to create a Business Account.
During your account creation, choose the option for companies and enter your details (VAT number, Company Name, Activity).
Once your profile is ready, an invoice will be automatically issued for every order you complete through it.
If you change your mind and wish to receive retail receipts, you will need to delete the business profile and create a new, personal account.

I wanted an invoice but received a receipt, what can I do?

Just keep in mind for your future purchases that our system automatically issues the document depending on your account type: a business profile is required for an invoice, while your personal account is sufficient for retail receipts.

Can I pay with a gift card?

Absolutely! The Decathlon gift card is one of the easiest ways to pay, and you can use it for both your online orders and your purchases at our physical stores.
The best part? You don't have to spend the entire amount at once! You can redeem either the full value of the gift card or just a portion of it, keeping the balance for your next visit.
Simply enter the card number and PIN during the last step at checkout for your online order, or show it at the store register, and you're all set!

Can I pay via bank transfer?

For the time being, the option to pay via bank transfer is not available for your online orders.
However, you can choose one of our other secure payment methods instead.

Are there additional taxes or charges on my order?

No, you can rest assured! All the prices you see on our site already include VAT.
The final amount you see in your cart includes the value of the products and the shipping costs (if any)—nothing more, nothing less!

Orders

Do I need an account to place an online order?

Yes, it is necessary. Currently, guest checkout is not available, but creating an account is super easy and offers you many advantages.
By creating your own profile, you can track the progress of your order, save your preferences, and have access to your purchase history at any time. It only takes a few minutes to become a member of our team!

Can I order by phone or via email?

For your better convenience and the security of your transactions, orders are placed exclusively online through our website or the Decathlon App.
Although we cannot register your order by phone or via email, our online store is open 24/7, offering you the ability to complete your purchases with just a few clicks.

The product I want is available in-store, but not online. Can I order it?

Unfortunately, no. Physical store stock is independent. Products that do not appear on our website are not available for order, even if they are on the shelves of a Decathlon store.

The product I want is only available in a Decathlon in another country. Can I order it?

Each country operates with its own independent stock and product availability. This means that transferring or ordering products between different countries is not possible.
We suggest you take a look at the alternative options available on our Greek site—we're sure you'll find the right gear for your workout!

Can I modify my order?

Once you complete your order, it is not possible to add or change a product for another. If you forgot something, you can simply place a new, separate order!
However, if your order has not yet departed from our distribution center, you can request the cancellation of one or more products.
To be sure, you can always contact us at [email protected] so we can find the best possible solution!
If you have already received something and changed your mind about the size or color, the process is simple: you return it and place a new order for the product you want.

Can I cancel my order?

Changed your mind about your purchase? No problem! You can cancel your order directly through your profile, in your Purchase History, as long as it hasn't left from our distribution center yet.
If the cancellation button is no longer available, it means your order is already on its way. In this case, we suggest that you accept the package and then proceed with a return to get your money back (excluding shipping costs), which will appear in your account within 14 business days.

What should I do if a product is missing from my order?

If you receive your package and realize something is missing, please send us an email immediately at [email protected]. To assist you as quickly as possible, make sure to include your order number, the name or code of the missing product, and a photo of the packaging (especially if it appears tampered with).
Our team will proceed with an immediate check to resolve the issue as soon as possible!

How can I check in which store a product is available?

You can check the availability of any product per store very easily through its product page! After selecting the size you are interested in, click on the "Check availability" option and view the stock at Decathlon stores.
*Note: The availability displayed is indicative, as stock levels change constantly in real-time.

Can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

If you’ve changed your mind and no longer wish to receive our news, you can unsubscribe very easily! You can manage your notifications through your account. Log in to your profile and go to the "Communication Preferences" field. There you will find a detailed list of all the notifications you receive from us, and you can choose which ones to keep active or fully unsubscribe from everything.
Also, at the bottom of every email you receive, you will find the option to modify your preferences by clicking the relevant link.

I've forgotten my account password. How can I recover it?

Don’t worry, recovering your password only takes a few seconds! Just follow these steps:
1. Click the "Log in to my account" button found in the menu or at the top of our homepage.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Click on the "Forgot my password" option.
4. You will immediately receive an email with instructions to create a new password and log back into your profile.
Tip: If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, take a look at your Spam folder, as recovery instructions sometimes end up there.

What is the loyalty program and what are its benefits?

With the loyalty program, you officially become a member of our team! It’s our way of rewarding your passion for sports by offering you points with every purchase that turn into unique benefits.
The benefits you earn are:
Point Collection: Every purchase (online or in-store) adds points to your account.
1€ = 10 points!
Redeem for Gifts: Convert your points into gift cards for your future purchases or special product rewards.

How do I collect points and how do I redeem them?

You earn points with every purchase, gaining 10 points for every 1€ you spend, either by scanning your membership card at the store checkout or by ordering online through your account.
You can track your balance and convert your points into gift cards or special product rewards directly through your profile on the website or the Decathlon app.

I forgot to give my email at the store checkout. How can I get my points?

Don’t worry, the solution is simple! If you forgot to show your membership card or provide your email at the checkout, send us an email at [email protected] and attach a photo of your receipt along with your account email.
Our team will take the necessary steps to ensure you see the points in your profile right away.
