Men's Running T-Shirts & Tank Tops

Of course! On decathlon.com.gr you will find a wide variety of men's short-sleeved running t-shirts and sleeveless running tank tops that will become the perfect ally for every workout. The collection covers everything from basic breathable tops for daily training to specialized ultra-light, seamless t-shirts for road races and trail running.

The best fabrics for summer running are lightweight synthetic materials made of 100% polyester or polyamide with breathability or moisture-wicking technology. Always avoid cotton, as it retains sweat, becomes heavy, and causes chafing, whereas technical synthetic fabrics immediately wick moisture away, dry in minutes, and keep your body cool.

Sleeveless tank tops offer a real performance advantage on warm days! They fully free the shoulder joints and armpits, allowing air to circulate freely and accelerating sweat evaporation. Furthermore, they eliminate the risk of sleeve seam friction against the skin under the arms during long runs.

For half marathons, marathons, or trail running, look for a t-shirt featuring Seamless technology (no seams) or flatlock seams to prevent nipple and chest chafing. Additionally, opt for super lightweight models with perforated ventilation panels on the back and chest for maximum airflow.

The fit depends on your personal preference, but generally:
Regular fit: Ideal for daily training, offering freedom of movement and good ventilation.
Slim / Athletic fit: Ideal for races and fast-paced workouts, as it hugs the body, reduces air resistance, and wicks sweat away faster.
Always consult the size guide on the product page, measuring your chest circumference, to choose the right size for you!

Yes! In Decathlon's collection, you will find technical running t-shirts with a UPF 40+ or UPF 50+ protection rating. These fabrics are specially constructed to block over 95% of harmful ultraviolet rays (UVA/UVB), protecting your skin during long workouts under the sun.
