Unfortunately, as part of our quality process, the OXELO teams have identified a potential risk
regarding the breakage of the scooter direction tube.
A crack can appear progressively and cause the direction tube to break during usage which could
cause the child to fall.
Our commitment to the quality of the products that we design for our young users is such that we
do not want to take any risks and we have decided to recall this product.
You are concerned if you bought the product from the 24th of January 2021 to the 30th of
September
2021 included.
We invite you to return your product to your nearest store for a complete refund.

You purchased the product Baby hammock buoy between 01/02/2023 and 06/23/2023.
Why is this product recalled?
We have identified an overturning risk of the user.
In case of reversing there is a drowning risk because the child is tied by the buoy and his head
could remain underwater without any possibility of finding back the right position.
Even if the use of our buoy must be under parent’s supervision, we don’t want to take any risk with
children's safety, that is why, by way of precaution, we recall all products involved.
