If you purchased this product between 20/10/2025 and 02/06/2026, we kindly ask you to stop using this product and follow the instructions below:

Why is the product dangerous?
The strap extending in front of the ear may slide backward, which could affect the optimal retention of the helmet on the head during use. This can pose a risk to the user because head protection is not guaranteed in the event of a fall or impact.

What should I do?
Stop using the helmet immediately and return it to your nearest DECATHLON store.

Corrective measures available to consumers
The purchase price of the returned product will be refunded.
