Shipment is available for all destinations inside Greece.

Home Delivery

There are two types of home delivery. The first concerns the shipment from our warehouses in Europe and the second the shipment from our physical store in Egaleo in River West (in case there are more than 2 pieces of each item in stock in the store). Estimated delivery time for shipping from our nearest warehouse is 6 - 9 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). In case of shipment from our central warehouse abroad for some specific items that are only available there, the estimated delivery time is 14 - 20 working days (excluding weekends & holidays). The estimated delivery time for shipping from our physical store in Egaleo in River West is for areas within Attica 1 - 3 working days (excluding weekends & holidays), for mainland destinations 2 - 4 working days (excluding weekends & holidays) and for island destinations 4 - 6 working days (excluding weekends & holidays).
The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the order and the shipping method (if it is from the warehouse or the Egaleo store), as indicated in the table below:

Note: Shipping is available for items that weigh less than 30 kg and less than 2 meters in length. Some products (gym equipment, training stations, rigid boards) won't be available for home delivery. Voluminous Items

Voluminous Items are considered items above 30 kg or more than 2 meters dimensions. These items are only available with click & collect delivery. In the case you have one or more voluminous, you will not be able to ship your order with the home delivery method.
Examples: Fitness equipment (treadmills, exercise bikes, gym stations), large quantities of an item ex. 20 sleeping bags, rigid kayaks, sup & surf boards, tennis tables. In addition, for security reasons all our bikes are only available with the option 'Delivery in Store (Click & Collect)'. Upon arrival at the store of your choice, your bike will be reviewed by one of our expert technicians before you collect it.

Notifications for ‘Home Delivery' option

1- When an order has been placed, you receive an automatic email with the details of your order.
2- When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email notification. Your tracking code will be activated once your order is shipped.
3- Immediately after you receive an email with your order receipt.
4- You will receive an SMS from the transport company before the delivery of the order.
5- After three consecutive unsuccessful attempts, your parcel will be returned to us and the order will be canceled. In case you wish to resend it, the cost will be borne by the recipient.

How do I order online?
You can easily order Decathlon products from the comfort of your home and receive them directly at home. Most of Decathlon's products are available for home delivery. All you need to do is follow the steps below: 1. Add to cart. Select the products you wish to buy in your shopping cart. 2. View your total shopping cart. When you have finished selecting your products, you can view your total basket one more time to check if you have selected the correct products, if you want to change something, add or remove one or more products. 3. Select shipping address and method. Choose the option you want and a valid address. Sign in to your existing account or create a new one if you don't already have one. When you log in to your existing or new account, you can proceed with the purchase. 4. Continue to purchase. In this step you will see the final form of your cart and all the products you have added to it, the shipping information, and the total shipping costs before you proceed to checkout. As long as your cart contains all the products you want, you can proceed to payment. Now your order is on the way!!!
Why is my order split into more than one package for delivery?
In order to offer you the best availability of our products, we provide delivery options from both our European warehouses and our local store in Egaleo. In some cases the items in your cart may come from different locations based on inventory and therefore, in order to process your order, the items will be shipped from more than one location and this in turn creates the additional packages.
Why aren't all shipping methods available?
Based on the products in your cart, we cannot guarantee that all delivery methods will be possible for all orders. As orders are shipped in the most efficient manner for our customers, depending on the availability of products in your cart at the time of checkout, some options may not be available. As we use both our nearest and central European warehouse as well as our local Egaleo store to process all online orders, your product may only be available at one warehouse or store with limited delivery and shipping options.
