Orders for home delivery are handled by ACS and Taxydema while there is also the option of delivery throughout Greece via BOX NOW lockers.
Shipment is available for all destinations inside Greece.

You can collect your order at the nearest BOX NOW Automatic Locker by selecting BOX NOW as the delivery method at checkout. By entering the PIN, which you receive by SMS, the locker containing your package opens and you can collect it at any time you want without unnecessary waiting. For all items shipped with BOX NOW, the cost is 2.50€. The service is available for products that do not exceed the locker dimensions and a weight of 20 kg.

For home deliveries, we collaborate with ACS Courier and Taxydema to bring your order to you as quickly as possible.The shipping cost depends on the total weight of your order and is calculated at checkout before completing your purchase. You can view the estimated charges for your order:

Click & Collect

Voluminous Items are considered items above 30 kg or more than 2 meters dimensions. These items are are delivered with shipping company Taxydema.
Examples: Fitness equipment (treadmills, exercise bikes, gym stations), large quantities of an item ex. 20 sleeping bags, rigid kayaks, sup & surf boards, tennis tables, bikes etc. In addition, all our bikes are available for home delivery to your location, and they are delivered partially assembled and in a box. You need to assemble the pedals, adjust the tire pressure, set the handlebars and saddle height to the optimal height for you, and attach the front wheel using the quick release provided. For bike orders with Click & Collect, the bikes are delivered fully assembled from our bike department out of the box. You can read more information here: Bike Delivery & Assemble Information .

  1. When an order has been placed, you receive an automatic email with the details of your order.
  2. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email notification. Your tracking code will be activated once your order is shipped.
  3. After you receive an email with your order receipt.
  4. You will receive an SMS from the transport company before the delivery of the order.
  5. After three consecutive unsuccessful attempts, your parcel will be returned to us and the order will be canceled. In case you wish to resend it, the cost will be borne by the recipient

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

The estimated delivery time for your order varies depending on the destination, the items you have chosen, their availability at the time of purchase, and the delivery method selected. At checkout, before finalizing your order, you will be able to view the estimated delivery date for each available shipping option and select the one that best suits you.

Why is my order split into more than one package for delivery?

In order to offer you the best availability of our products, we provide delivery options from both our European warehouses and our local store in Egaleo. In some cases the items in your cart may come from different locations based on inventory and therefore, in order to process your order, the items will be shipped from more than one location and this in turn creates the additional packages.

Why aren't all shipping methods available?

Based on the products in your cart, we cannot guarantee that all delivery methods will be possible for all orders. The available delivery options are determined by product stock, the size of the order (weight and parcel dimensions), and the delivery address.
