Return via Courier
If you prefer to use another courier service, pack the items in their original packaging and follow the steps below:
1. Write your order number and full name clearly on the outside of the parcel.
2. Send the parcel, at your own expense, to the following address:

*Note: The shipment must be sent with sender-paid charges; otherwise, the return may not be accepted.

Can I return just one item from my order?
Of course! You can return as many items as you like from your order—even if you only changed your mind about one product. You will be refunded for that specific item only, without affecting the rest of your order.
Can I exchange a product for something else?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer product exchanges. But don’t worry! You can return the item you’re not satisfied with and place a new order with the product you want—quick and easy!
If I buy something in-store, can I return it by courier?
No, currently returns for in-store purchases can only be made at a store. If the store where you made your original purchase isn’t convenient for you, you can choose any Decathlon store for your return!
What should I do if I receive a defective product?
No matter how hard we try to be perfect… even perfection has its flaws!
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, follow these simple steps:

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive the parcel with the item you’re returning, it can take up to 14 business days for the amount to appear in your account. We know it’s hard to wait!
Are there exceptions to the products I can return?
Yes, some products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as:
• Food and beverages
• Safety and protective equipment, such as helmets, knee pads, carabiners, harnesses, climbing ropes, insect repellents, sunscreen
• Buoyancy aids, like life jackets, arm floats, swim vests, pool noodles, swim rings
• Bicycle maintenance and cleaning products
• Gas

Why weren’t my shipping costs refunded?
Return shipping costs are not refunded when you return a product.
This is because the shipment has already been carried out by us, so the cost cannot be reimbursed afterward.
Our goal is always to serve you in the best possible way, which is why if a product is defective, the return shipping costs are fully covered.
Is it possible that my return won’t be accepted?
There are certain cases where a return may not be accepted:
• The product is damaged or has been used improperly.
• The product is returned dirty, used, without packaging, or without a barcode.
• If you use a courier other than Box Now for the return, shipping costs are not covered, and we reserve the right to refuse the parcel if the costs fall on the recipient.
