Currently, the option to pay via bank transfer is not available for your online orders. Feel free to choose one of our other secure payment methods!
Is tax-free shopping available?
Tax-free shopping is currently not available for online purchases.
How can I request an invoice?
In order to have an invoice issued for your purchases, you must create a Business Account.
During your account creation, choose the option for companies and enter your details (VAT number, Company Name, Activity).
Once your profile is ready, invoices will be automatically issued for every order you complete through your business account. If you change your mind and wish to receive retail receipts, you will need to delete the business profile and create a new, personal account.
Why is Klarna payment not available?
To enjoy flexible shopping with Klarna, it is essential to use a billing address within Greece. Additionally, the service is not available for Decathlon Business accounts, so please ensure you are logged in with your personal account.
