Athletic swimwear with shorts is the #1 choice for women who prioritize movement and comfort. Their main advantage is the total coverage and stability they offer, allowing you to bend, run, or swim without worrying about the swimsuit shifting.
They are ideal for intense water sports, such as surfing and SUP, as they protect the skin from irritations that can be caused by friction with the board. So, what are you waiting for? It's time to discover them!

Athletic swim shorts are perhaps the most suitable choice for water sports, as they are specifically designed to withstand demanding water conditions. Their stable fit ensures that the swimsuit will always stay in place. Additionally, they offer protection from friction with equipment (such as a surfboard or SUP board) and minimize the chances of skin irritation. Finally, their materials dry quickly and are highly durable, making them ideal for those who love water sports where freedom of movement and safety are everything!

To choose the right size for athletic swim shorts, your attention should focus primarily on the hip and waist area. The shorts should fit securely without squeezing you, but they shouldn't be loose either, because in the water all swimsuits tend to "open up" slightly.
A good practice is to measure your hip circumference at its widest point and consult the size guide on each product page to find the right size for you. If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller one if you want it for intense swimming or the larger one if you are looking for more comfort on the beach.

Women's athletic swim shorts are an excellent choice for sea swimming, as they combine style and ultimate comfort. Due to their tight but elastic fit, they reduce water resistance, allowing you to swim more efficiently compared to simple, loose shorts. Additionally, they offer protection from sand, while their stable waistband ensures that the swimsuit will not shift due to waves. Their materials are resistant to salt and sun, maintaining their shape and color even after systematic use in the open sea!
