Preparation instructions
To make the isotonic drink: Dissolve 2 tablets into 500ml of water.
Recommendations for use
During warm-up (150 ml every 15 minutes) then regularly during and after exercise (up to 2 hours post-workout) (150 ml every 15 minutes).
