How do I prepare a recovery shake?
Mix, 300 ml of water with 3 scoops of recovery drink (75 g) for 30 seconds, in a shaker with a sieve. You can reduce or increase the quantity of water to adjust the texture.
For a creamier drink, you can replace the water with a plant-based drink, remembering that it will change your intake of calories and macro-nutrients.
After mixing, eat the shaker within an hour or store it in your fridge.
