WHAT ARE ELECTROLYTES?
When you do sport, you sweat,and in the water that you sweat, there are minerals. The electrolytes enable us to compensate for these mineral losses (sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium in our tablets) and in no way represent a carbohydrate/calorie intake.
Thanks to the electrolytes, lactic acid — metabolic waste produced after exercise giving the feeling of 'heavy legs' — is drained and the body's acidity is reduced.

For a sports diet more based on natural ingredients, we have removed the artificial sweetener from our former product to replace it with a stevia, a plant extract not synthesised in a laboratory."It's true that stevia has a lasting sweet taste, without sugar.The truth is that we would like to create a product that is sugar-free and just as good... In the mean time, stevia seems a great alternative to us," says Mathilde, product engineer.
AN EFFERVESCENT DRINK
Hands up if you've never drunk from a bottle and forgotten that its content was fizzy!That's what we thought:there are many of you (who kept your hands down)!So we'd just like to remind you that our electrolytes are slightly effervescent.When you fill your water bottle, remember to leave the bite valve a little open.That way, there'll be no surprises ('fssst') when you open it!

- Sorbitol is a bulking agent.- Citric acid for taste and effervescence.- Sodium bicarbonate for sodium intake.
