How do you activate and where do you place the warmers on the body?
To use the warmers, carefully read the instructions supplied with the product.
Remove the warmer from the packaging, in an environment around 20°C (house, car, etc.). Activates on contact with the air.
At 0°C or 2,000 m altitude, blow several times on the warmer to activate it.
When the warmer is fully heated up, after 20 minutes, remove the adhesive strip to stick it to the T-shirt, at the bottom of the back, before putting your pullover, jacket or coat back on.
What are the precautions for use?
These warmers are designed to be applied to the back, do not apply to other parts of the body. They should not be stuck directly on the skin. They must not be compressed. Do not use while sleeping. Do not use with cosmetics or other heating devices. Do not place two warmers in the same place.
What are the warmers used for?
These warmers are exclusively for use in cold weather, do not use near a heat source: heating in cars, by the fireplace, etc. They are not designed for intensive sports activities and are to be avoided where there is perspiration.
If the warmer seems too hot or if it causes an unpleasant sensation, irritation or a rash, remove it.
Contra-indications and use under adult supervision
These warmers are not recommended for children under 12. Children, the elderly and disabled people should use this product with care and under supervision.
If you have diabetes, fragile or sensitive skin, circulatory problems, paralysis or damaged nerves, arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or are a pregnant woman or in the case of doubt, we recommend that you consult a doctor before use.
Do not apply to frostbite or desensitised skin.
What should you do if your warmer stops heating after an hour?
Unstick the warmer and remove it, it reactivates on contact with the air. When it is reheated, restick it onto the T-shirt.
Good to know: The feeling of warmth is unique to each person. The warmers can heat less in very cold environments.
These warmers can only be used once. Discard in a household waste bin after use.
