    How to choose your weight training gloves

    There are two steps to finding your size. First, measure around the palm of your hand with a tape measure. Then check out our size guide to choose between Small (which includes sizes 2XS, XS and S) item:8948265 or Large (which includes sizes M, L, XL and 2XL) item:8948266. If you are between sizes, size up for greater comfort. As a bonus, the stretch material of these gloves adapts naturally to all hand shapes.

    They are very easy care to keep your hands cool and hygienic. Machine or hand wash regularly with gentle detergent. If you train twice a week, washing them every three weeks is plenty.
