Sup (stand up paddle): how to start?

You will need appropriate equipment, this is a SUP board and a SUP paddle, which you will find at Decathlon. SUP (Stand up paddle) also teaches balance, because we have to get on a SUP board that is in the water and then take a standing position. We don't tighten our legs and leave our knees active so they act as shock absorbers. Once we feel confident and have our balance, we can start paddling. In order not to struggle, it is important to look ahead at one point. Once you're fit, you'll be able to admire the surroundings and enjoy the great time you're having and the results of an intense full-body workout.

What sup (stand up paddle) equipment do i need?

Choose the SUP board according to your technique and experience, as well as individual preferences and your purpose.
