The inside of these trousers is made of brushed fabric, known for its ability to trap air in and use it as an insulating agent. Made from a windproof fabric, these trousers retain body heat and protect you from the cold in temperatures down to -7.6°C
How is thermal comfort measured?
The thermal resistance test shows the loss of heat between the body and the outside, indicating the insulating properties of the product. It can be used on the fabric using thermal probes or clothing with thermal models, measuring the conservation of body heat

How to restore the water-repellent properties?
To preserve its effectiveness, you must regularly renew the water-repellent treatment, ideally after each wash. We provide, in store or on our website, suitable products available as a spray or liquid

How is this a comfortable cut?
For greater freedom of movement, we have opted for a comfortable cut with stretch fabric and preformed knees. The semi-elasticated waistband is easy to adjust, making these trousers technically modern and comfortable to wear
What is the recommended care for these trousers?
To wash these trousers, nothing could be easier. Just turn them inside out and machine wash at 30°C on a normal cycle

Test product
We carry out 2 types of thermal testing: - a test of the trousers’ material. - a test on a thermal dummy in a thermal chamber. We reproduce the temperature, wind (5 km/h) and humidity conditions that you would encounter in the mountains walking at 5 km/h. These tests validate our design choices and we then adapt the thermal insulation where you need it most.
