PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN REGULATIONS - APP DAYS - Win a gift card of 5€ by making a purchase over 50€ with in-App purchases hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”

1. ORGANIZER

  1. The organizer of the Promotional Campaign (hereinafter: “Promotional Campaign”) is DECATHLON HELLAS - S.M.C.L, located in Proodou 5, Egaleo 12241, registered in the Athens Chamber of Commerce & Industry: 800739773 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”)
  2. All contact related to the organization and conduct of the Promotional Campaign should be directed to the Decathlon Customer Service Office (email address: [email protected]).

2. LOCATION OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN

The Promotional Campaign is conducted on Decathlon Greece App Decathlon Sports Shop, excluding the Decathlon website www.decathlon.com.gr and Decathlon stores.

3. DURATION OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN

  1. The Promotional Campaign runs from October 22, 2024, to October 27, 2024, until 23:59 inclusive. The Organizer reserves the right to change the duration of the Promotional Campaign and is not liable in this regard.
  2. The Gift Card as defined in § 5 sec. 1 below will be sent to Participants as defined in § 4 sec. 2 below within 168 hours (7 days) after Participants fulfill all conditions specified in § 4 sec. 2; however, the Organizer is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control. The Gift Card will be valid until December 31, 2024.

4. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN

  1. Only individuals who meet all conditions set out in the Regulations may participate in the Promotional Campaign.
  2. A Participant of the Promotional Campaign (hereinafter referred to as: “Participant”) – subject to the provisions of sec. 4 below – is a natural person who:
    1. has full legal capacity and is at least 18 years old;
    2. complies with these Regulations
    3. has an active user account (hereinafter referred to as: “Account”) registered on the website www.decathlon.com.gr (hereinafter referred to as: “Website”), or registers an Account during the Promotional Campaign
    4. during the Promotional Campaign makes a purchase worth at least 50 EUR from Decathlon App.
  3. ployees of the Organizer, collaborators or representatives of the Organizer, and their family members may not participate in the Promotional Campaign. For the purposes of this promotion, family members are defined as: ancestors, descendants, siblings, spouses, parents of the spouse, and persons in a relationship of adoption.
  4. Only individual customers may participate in the Promotional Campaign, i.e., persons making purchases of products for their own private needs unrelated to their business activities.
  5. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude Participants from the Promotional Campaign who violate any provisions of these Regulations. In this situation, they will not be entitled to receive the Gift Card or to file claims against the Organizer.

5. RULES OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN

  1. Each Participant of the promotional campaign who meets all the conditions indicated in § 4 sec. 2 of these regulations will receive via email to the address provided at the time of Account registration on the Website: a Giftcard In the form of a unique, one-time code worth 5 EUR (in words: five euro) to be used for purchasing products for next order from Decathlon App.
  2. To use the Gift Card, the Participant must enter the Gift Card number along with the PIN number. The PIN will be sent electronically to the email address provided during registration.
  3. The Gift Card can only be used in Greece.
  4. The Gift Card is valid until December 31, 2024. After this date, the Participant loses the right to benefit from the entitlement resulting from participation in this promotional campaign. The Organizer is not liable to Participants in the circumstances mentioned in the preceding sentence.
  5. If the Organizer attempts to send the Participant the Gift Card, but the Participant's email settings prevent the message from reaching the recipient or direct it to the SPAM folder, which the Participant does not notice, and therefore does not use the Gift Card within the time specified in the previous section, the Participant will have no claims against the Organizer in this regard.
  6. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for another or converted into cash or any other form.
  7. The Gift Card may only be used by the Participant who received them. In particular, selling or transferring the Gift Card to third parties is prohibited.
  8. Each Participant is entitled to 1 (one) Gift Card.

6. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

  1. Complaints or information about irregularities related to the Promotional Campaign may be submitted during the Promotional Campaign and within 21 days after its completion in the following ways:
    • in writing to the Organizer's correspondence address, or
    • electronically to the email address: [email protected]
  2. A complaint or information about irregularities should include the Participant's name and a detailed description and indication of the reasons for the complaint.
  3. The Organizer will inform about the way of resolving the complaint or information about irregularities by registered letter sent to the address provided in the complaint or information about irregularities, or by sending a message to the email address (depending on the form of the submission), within 30 days from the date of receiving the submission.
  4. The Organizer will consider complaints or information about irregularities based on these Regulations.
  5. Any disputes arising from participation in the Promotional Campaign will be settled amicably, and in the case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes will be subject to resolution by the common court competent for the Participant's place of residence or registered office.
  6. The provisions of this section do not exclude rights granted to Participants under separate legal regulations.
