    To choose your size, you should measure the circumference of your thigh 10 cm above your knee and the circumference of your calf 10 cm below your knee.

    Size: thigh circumference / calf circumference
    S: 27-31 cm / 23-27 cm
    M: 31-35 cm / 26-30 cm

    Elbow pad sizes

    To choose your size, you should measure the circumference of your biceps 10 cm above your elbow and the circumference of your forearm 5 cm below your elbow.
