Shape and pressure retention
The ball resists up to 5000 shots against an inclined flat concrete slab at 50 km/h at a distance of 2.5 m.
Circumference increases by a maximum of 1 cm.
1.5% variation in sphericity and maximum 10% change in pressure.
Maximum pressure loss
15% in 72 hours
precision
Our design team rolls the ball on an inclined surface towards a table. The direction of the trajectory and the variation of the trajectory's angle are measured: maximum acceptable deviation of 5°.
Design
It was by observing the young futsal players of our technical partner, the Portuguese club Porto Salvo, that our design team developed and designed this hybrid futsal ball. This ball has a hybrid design that combines the comfort of machine-stitching with the durability of hand-stitching.
Weight
Between 350 and 390 g.
Sphericity
Average measured variation: maximum of 1.5%.
We measure the football's sphericity at 16 different points and then examine any differences.
When the discrepancy is greater than 1.5% (FIFA Quality Pro Standard), our engineers are tasked with improving the sphericity to ensure consistent rebound.
Bounce
Between 55 and 65cm with a maximum difference of 10cm between the ball's highest and lowest bounce. Each ball is dropped 10 times on a steel plate from 2 metres in height.
Circumference
Between 57 cm and 59 cm.
