| Using the office mini cross trainer |
For the best training experience, we recommend:
- using the mini cross trainer while doing small tasks at first (email, reading, etc.), then trying out more complex tasks as you feel more comfortable.
- sit on a stable chair with your back straight. If your chair has wheels, use the special wheel blocks included in the pack
- move the Active Desk away from your chair if your knees touch the desk. |

up to 1.60 m: 63 cm minimum between the floor and the bottom of the desk
1.60 m to 1.70 m: 66 cm minimum between the floor and the bottom of the desk
