By pedalling 1h/day (4x15, 3x20 or 2x30 min), you'll meet WHO recommendations and achieve the equivalent of walking 4,000 steps.
Proven efficiency: we measured users' heart rate and breathing to determine the equivalence in Kcal/h between pedalling on the Domyos Active Desk and walking.

Using the office mini cross trainer
For the best training experience, we recommend:
- using the mini cross trainer while doing small tasks at first (email, reading, etc.), then trying out more complex tasks as you feel more comfortable.
- sit on a stable chair with your back straight. If your chair has wheels, use the special wheel blocks included in the pack
- move the Active Desk away from your chair if your knees touch the desk.
