Why use creatine for weight training? |
Creatine phosphate is a derivative of a natural amino acid present in the body, particularly the muscles. To produce high-intensity effort, muscles need energy that comes from adenosine triphosphate, which is regenerated from creatine phosphate. That is why supplementing with creatine can improve short-term physical performance. It allows you to work at a very high intensity for a bit longer. |
How to take your Creapure® certified creatine |
If you practise a strength sport (weight training, weightlifting, etc) all year round, you can take 1 serving per day, or 3.5 g (one even spoonful) diluted in 150-250 ml of water or in a shake before a workout.
You can also divide your serving before and after your workout (without exceeding 1 serving per day). Taking creatine with a meal helps with absorption.
Consume immediately after mixing for the best results. |
