Automatically records this information in the internal memory or on a USB stick (not included). The performance monitor is equipped with Bluetooth and ANT+ wireless connectivity so that you can bike with most wireless cardio belts. |

With the Concept2 ErgData app or third-party apps, you can connect the performance monitor to your smartphone to access supplementary information and synch your training sessions to the online training log book. |

The BikeErg does not require an external power source. The PM5 performance monitor works with 2 LR20 batteries and is powered by the energy you generate while pedalling, allowing you to prolong the lifespan of your batteries. |
| Flywheel and resistance damper |
The BikeErg uses the exact same flywheel as the Concept2 rowers and SkiErgs for a fluid pedalling experience. The flywheel gives you complete control of your effort and resistance at all times. The resistance damper allows you to adjust the flow of air into the flywheel throughout your training session. It is just like changing gears on a bike! |
| Adjustable seat and handlebars |
The positions of the seat and handlebars adjust easily. You can adjust the height of the seat without any tools thanks to our safe, easy-to-use one-way ratcheting system. The fore and aft position and angle of the seat can also be adjusted for a customised fit. The handlebars move up and down, forwards and backwards, and offer 3 different pedalling positions so that you are sure to find a setting that suits you best. |

| Chain-free |
The BikeErg uses highly durable polygroove belts rather than a chain for a quiet ride. The belts are self-tensioning to help increase their lifespan and reduce maintenance. |

The BikeErg's aluminium frame makes it both light and durable, pivoting wheels make it easy to move. Weighing only 26kg, it is lighter than most other stationary bikes. |
