    Preparation advice

    Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 to 750 ml of water, as desired.
    The tablets dissolve completely. 10 tablets produce up to 7.5 litres of sports drink.

    Instructions for use

    Start the drink during the first few minutes of your run, then drink in small quantities every 15 to 20 minutes. Drink 500 ml/hour.

    Do not exceed the recommended daily dose and keep out of reach of young children.

    Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
