At Decathlon, all of our Quechua backpacks are guaranteed for 10 years against normal product wear and tear. In the case of a defect, we recommend its repair, replacement, or a refund. The guarantee covers the components from the zip to the seams: more information can be found on the support section of the Decathlon website.

Thanks to your feedback, we have improved the construction and the design of our Arpenaz 100 27L backpack.In this new model, we have improved the main zip to make it easier to open. We have also added a compartment and a zipped pocket in the main pocket, as well as an accessory enabling you to hang a light on your bag when you get home late at night!

Storage tips:
- Put heavy items in the bottom of the bag
- Place the clothing around these items
- Store your waterproof jacket and/or fleece within easy reach
- Place small items for daily use (sun cream, map, glasses, etc.) in the pockets
How comfortable is it to carry?
This backpack is designed to make your walks really enjoyable.Its foam-padded back and straps offer a remarkable level of comfort.The thumb loops, waist belt and chest strap ensure good stability and a perfect fit.
Is it well organised?
YES! Despite its simplicity, this backpack is full of resources.In addition to its large compartment, it features three zipped pockets for your valuables, two bottle holders, and an inner divider for a water bladder or a 15-inch computer.
Is it rain resistant?
No, this bag is water repellent, but not waterproof.Its components are designed to temporarily withstand light rain, but it is not waterproof and is not equipped with a rain cover.Don’t forget to add a rain cover if the weather is unsettled!
