Shape and pressure retention
The ball resists up to 2500 shots against an inclined flat concrete slab at 50 km / h at a distance of 2.5 m.
Circumference increases by a maximum of 1.5 cm.
1.5% variation in sphericity and a maximum of 0.1 bar change in pressure.
Design
Our design team observed futsal players on the pitch and listened to their specific requests for modifications, before coming up with the lighter Futsal Hybrid ball (350 grams compared with 400-450 grams for a classic FS100 IMVISO ball).
The ball is a hybrid due to a concept that combines the comfort of machine stitching with the durability of hand sewing.
Maximum pressure loss
20% in 72 hours.
Precision
Our design team rolls the ball on an inclined surface towards a table. The direction of the trajectory and the variation of the trajectory's angle are measured: maximum acceptable deviation of 5°.
Sphericity
Average measured variation: maximum of 1.5%.
We measure the football's sphericity at 16 different points and then examine any differences.
If the difference is greater than 1.5% (FIFA Pro Standard), our engineers are tasked with improving the sphericity to guarantee consistent bounce.
Bounce
Between 55 and 65cm with a maximum difference of 10cm between the ball's highest and lowest bounce. Each ball is dropped 10 times on a steel plate from 2 metres in height.
Circumference
Between 62.5 and 63.5 cm.
