The VELITES Fire 2.0 jump rope features lightweight aluminium handles weighing 37 grams, a fluid rotation system and fully adjustable, interchangeable cables.

It includes a standard 2 mm PVC-sheathed cable and is compatible with optional 1.8 mm and 2.5 mm cables to adjust the speed and feel.

Integrated adjustment system

The three-step adjustment system features an integrated T-handle tool for quick and precise adjustments. It is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, and we recommend use on rubber surfaces to extend the cable’s lifespan.

Materials and care

The Fire 2.0 handles are made from lightweight aluminium to reduce fatigue and maintain precision during long sessions.
The standard cable is made of stainless steel with a PVC coating. Its durability and flexibility make it suitable for continuous rotation. The only part subject to wear is the cable, the lifespan of which depends on usage and the surface.
For best results, we recommend training on a rubber floor or a purpose-designed mat and avoiding hard surfaces
