A cut chosen for the freedom of movement it offers |
This fleece has a loose fit for greater freedom of movement.
For greater protection from the cold, we recommend wearing a technical base layer underneath. Sweatshirt designed to be worn under our windproof/waterproof jackets.

How does the material provide insulation from the cold? |
We carry out two types of thermal tests: fleece material and thermal mannequin in a thermal chamber.
These tests reproduce the mountain conditions (wind, humidity, temperature) that you might encounter. They allow us to validate our design and adjust the thermal insulation. |
How is warmth measured? |
2 types of tests are carried out to measure the warmth level of our fleeces:
- a material test
- a test on a thermal dummy in a thermal chamber. We reproduce the temperature, wind (5 km/h) and humidity conditions that you encounter in the mountains when walking at 5 km/h.
These tests help validate our design choices, and the entire product then undergoes field tests. |
A breathable fleece? |
When hiking or during other outdoor activities, it’s perfectly normal to perspire. To prevent your fleece turning into a sauna, we designed it using a breathable fabric that wicks away moisture from the body. We’ve also added a zip collar for better ventilation. |
A handy pocket |
Its large kangaroo pocket allows you to slide in your hands if you’re looking for a bit of warmth. It will also hold gloves or a hat. |
