A cut chosen for the freedom of movement it offers
This fleece has a loose fit for greater freedom of movement.
For greater protection from the cold, we recommend wearing a technical base layer underneath. Sweatshirt designed to be worn under our windproof/waterproof jackets.

How does the material provide insulation from the cold?
We carry out two types of thermal tests: fleece material and thermal mannequin in a thermal chamber.
These tests reproduce the mountain conditions (wind, humidity, temperature) that you might encounter. They allow us to validate our design and adjust the thermal insulation.
How is warmth measured?
2 types of tests are carried out to measure the warmth level of our fleeces:
- a material test
- a test on a thermal dummy in a thermal chamber. We reproduce the temperature, wind (5 km/h) and humidity conditions that you encounter in the mountains when walking at 5 km/h.
These tests help validate our design choices, and the entire product then undergoes field tests.
A breathable fleece?
When hiking or during other outdoor activities, it’s perfectly normal to perspire. To prevent your fleece turning into a sauna, we designed it using a breathable fabric that wicks away moisture from the body. We’ve also added a zip collar for better ventilation.
A handy pocket
Its large kangaroo pocket allows you to slide in your hands if you’re looking for a bit of warmth. It will also hold gloves or a hat.
