    A balance between lightness and support

    At 165 g/m², this is a middle-of-the-road T-shirt.Light enough not to weigh you down during fast sequences, structured enough not to stick to your skin as soon as you break a sweat.Its weight means you forget you're wearing the T-shirt during exercise, while still providing enough support to withstand repeated movements.

    Stretchability suited to extreme ranges of motion

    Cross-training puts your body through its paces in all directions: overhead squats with arms fully extended, thrusters that combine squats and presses, snatches that require complete mobility. The stretchy fabric of this T-shirt accommodates these movements without ever pulling or restricting.The fabric follows the contraction and extension of your muscles without creating any points of resistance.

    How does the fabric manage your perspiration?

    The fabric absorbs moisture generated by your effort and transfers it to the outside of the fabric where it evaporates. This system prevents sweat from accumulating between your skin and the T-shirt, reducing the wet feeling that can become uncomfortable during high-intensity sessions.
