What type of lenses should I choose for my swimming goggles?
For optimum visibility, use a dark lens in bright light (outdoor pools, sunny days in open-water, etc.) and a clear lens in dim light (if the pool is not very well lit or if the light is soft).
Lens tint
When you buy new Arena goggles, you will see an indicator with an arrow printed on the packaging. If the arrow points towards DARK, less light will pass through the goggles. If the arrow is moved towards CLEAR, more light will pass through the goggles.
