    What's the right strap size?

    At 90 cm long and just 4 cm across, this strap is as discreet as it is sturdy. Check the diameter of whatever you plan to hang it from, bearing in mind that this diameter must be no more than 25 cm.

    How to install your strap

    Whether you wind it around a beam or the branch of a tree, you can stop the strap moving as you train. To do so, simply pass the metal rings through the fabric loop.
