Tips for training safely
There are a few simple rules for keeping you safe and helping you get fitter safely:
- Respect the maximum resistance of 45 kg, otherwise you could damage the equipment.
- Always put the warning label on the other side of the door so that nobody will accidentally open it.
- Make sure there's a gap of at least 2.5 cm between the floor and the bottom of the door for correctly fitting the anchor in its lower position.
