Test product
Several tests have been carried out on this t-shirt:
- Abrasion test with 3,000 cycles of continuous friction between the t-shirt material and the mesh, to simulate the effect of backpack straps rubbing against the t-shirt when trekking. Test in a damp environment.
- Softness test carried out by a panel of ten trained and guided panellists using the sensory profile method (NF ISO 13299).
- Odour tests, including a molecule-retention laboratory test.

This Merino Resist t-shirt was tested and approved by 20 testers over the course of two treks in the Alps and the Var:
- Trek of 16 days, 240 km and 12,000 m of positive ascent
- Trek of 16 days, 232 km and 13,100 m of positive ascent
The aim of this test, in addition to the laboratory tests, is to check intensively the risks of premature wear, the resistance, the comfort and the perception of the products in the field.
