    To make the cake:In a cup, mix 100 g of powder with 80 mL of cold water until homogenised.Bake the mixture in the microwave at 800W for 2 minutes.
    Water quantity and baking time can be adjusted according to the desired consistency and characteristics.

    How to prepare the energy cream

    Instructions:This product can be made into one or more chocolate energy cream(s), as desired, before your workout or competition.
    To make a cream:Mix 100 g of powder with 60 mL of cold water until homogenised.Eat within one hour of preparation.
