Whey protein is a lactose rum (dairy) protein.
How to prepare your WHEY PROTEIN?
We recommend mixing just 150 ml of water with 2 heaped spoonfuls of WHEY PROTEIN (equivalent to 30 g) in a shaker equipped with a sieve.
Reduce or increase the amount of water according to your preference.
Mix for 30 seconds and consume.
For a creamier drink, mix your WHEY PROTEIN with 150 ml of plant-based drink or milk.
