Compared to a classic band, this one has two advantages:
- No need to hunch down to put it on. Practical for those with poor balance or if you're using it for circuit training: you can put it on much faster than a standard elastic.

How to use your glute band |
- Open the buckle to bring the band around your legs.
- Close the buckle.
- Pull the straps on each side of the elastic to adjust the length to suit your needs.

Strength training workout focused on glutes:
- Side walk 3×12-20 reps/side
- Squat, band at knees 3×12-20 reps
- Donkey kick 3×12-20 reps/side
- Glute bridge 3×12-20 reps
Short 1-minute recovery between each set. Gradually increase the number of reps until you reach the maximum. Then reduce the size of the band to increase the difficulty. |
