    Why use a zafu?

    A zafu helps you get into the right position during yoga and meditation sessions and can even help avoid potential injuries. It was designed to follow the natural curve of your back to facilitate breathing.
    When sitting cross-legged, our meditation cushion helps your knees touch the ground to create a natural curve in your spine. In sukhasana or lotus position, the zafu helps you maintain your pose and stay focused on your yoga session.
