What about poles? |
For improved balance, we strongly advise using a pair of poles. Especially if you plan to walk on uneven ground, some of which may be slightly more pronounced, or in powdery snow where you may sink in a bit more.
On snowy terrain, be sure to have large baskets to prevent them from sinking into the snow. |
Take good care of your crampons |
We advise you to rinse the snow shoes with clear water after use. Leave them to dry in the open air before storing them in a dry place.
Avoid storing them in a plastic bag which can generate condensation. |
