    Grips with holes for more versatility

    If you're not sure whether you want to use the holes or not, the Picsil RX grips are the best option. Insert your fingers in the holes when you don't need to switch quickly between exercises, and don't use the holes when your WOD requires fast transitions or when you don't want to waste time slipping them on and off. By folding the grip over when you want to use the holes, you'll have extra protection for your hands.
