WHY USE SHOES?
Whatever the activity, the majority of exercises are performed with the feet in contact with the ground, which is sometimes abrasive , or with a prop on which your foot will be placed (step, cycling, trampoline, etc.).
Using shoes helps to reduce friction between the foot and these elements.
FOR USE DURING AQUABIKING
It is recommended to wear slippers for Aquabiking to prevent injury on the pedals of the bike, unless the latter are designed to be used barefoot. In Aquabike sessions, you often change from the seated to the standing position by pressing on the pedals. Wearing these slippers will protect your feet against the pedals of the bike.
