My Pilates Studio contains everything you need for a complete practise: a soft ball (ref. 8975534), a Pilates ring (ref. 8975461) and a pack of 3 glute bands (ref. (8872877) in extra-light, light and medium resistance. It's all sold with a large tote bag so you can easily carry your accessories without even needing to deflate the soft ball.

How do you inflate the soft ball?
Simply blow into the inflation straw provided, and the ball will inflate instantly! Adjust the pressure to your preference, remove the straw, and close the opening. Enjoy!
