    These shorts give you freedom of movement and boost your confidence. The outer layer features side slits so you can move easy. The base layer keeps you covered. This double layer lets you work out without worrying about showing off more than you intended when doing movements on the floor or with a wide range of motion.

    At Decathlon Fitness Club in Marcq-en-Barœul, our team of product testers and a personal trainer put these shorts through their paces during an intense workout. Their feedback during the most dynamic movements helped us tweak our design to create a pair of double layer shorts to give you good coverage without compromising performance.

    These shorts are made with a comfortable cut that runs to your usual size. The outer layer is loose while the inner layer fits close thanks to the stretchy fabric.
