  • Features

    Design details

Why is the BV900 such a great ball?

Its soft yet grippy surface makes ball control more precise for more efficient rallies.
Its classic 18-panel design and bladder (with a uniform weight) give it a reliable flight path.

This ball meets official standards: It weighs between 260 and 280 g and has a circumference of between 66 and 68 cm.
    Size 5.

What makes this beach volleyball durable?

Its hand-stitched panels make it more durable than a machine-stitched version.
Its durability is enhanced by the invisible stitching process ("Seam Closing" technology), which involves hiding the threads when assembling the panels to limit water getting in.

    Choice of colours

The colours have been chosen to make it easier to follow the ball during the game, even when play starts to heat up. The players can better anticipate the trajectory of the ball and play better.

Co-created with real-life beach volleyball players

Our balls are co-created and validated by beach volleyball players of all levels in order to best meet players' needs and expectations.

Inflate it to the right pressure

For best results, inflate your volleyball to the correct pressure. The recommended pressure is indicated next to the valve. Generally, the best pressure for beach volleyballs is between 0.18 and 0.2 bar.

The bladder, made with 80% butyl, guarantees uniform inflation.

    Test product

Design durability: laboratory tested. The ball is thrown 5,000 times against concrete at a speed of 50 km/h. It won't warp or burst and the stitching is durable. Thermal resistance: Tested in a temperature chamber at 66°C for 6.5 h to accelerate the product's ageing and check that its basic features, like its air retention and durability, are consistent both before and after the test.
