HOW CAN I REPAIR MY STAND UP PADDLEBOARD?
We offer a stand-up paddleboard repair kit (ref. 8512384) for easily fixing small, visible leaks.
For all other repairs, we recommend contacting your Decathlon store’s workshop.
Our teams can work on fin bases, handles and valves, as well as larger leaks.
HOW DO YOU INFLATE AND DEFLATE A SUP?
INFLATING:
Check the valve’s orange button is up (closed), by pressing on it.
Connect the pump.
Inflate to 15 PSI.
The more inflated the SUP, the more stable it is and the better its movement.
Disconnect the pump and close the outer plug.
DEFLATION:
Firmly push the valve’s orange button to let the air out.
Do not put your face near, and stay back.
Roll, starting from the opposite side to the valve to remove all the air.
HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SEAT TO YOUR SUP
For reasons of grip and comfort, we advise against placing the seat on the board handle.
Position the seat slightly back from the handle, feed the straps through the loops on the board and tighten them using the buckles on the seat.
Finally, adjust the backrest angle to your liking by tightening or loosening the straps.
