Tips for training safely
Take a few seconds to do these essential checks before every workout:
- Make sure the bar is screwed together tightly before you start exercising.
- Inspect your resistance bands. Can you see any white patches or small tears? If so, replace them immediately so that they won't break during your workout.
- Make sure you're not exceeding the maximum resistance: never use bands over 35 kg as this could damage your bar.
