The size of the main compartment is designed to hold a 1-person trek tent, a trek mat, a sleeping bag or even a 13" laptop.
It can be expanded using a flap, folding out to give the main compartment more volume or enable you to carry a bigger load (eg.a foldable foam mattress)

The component on the bottom of the bag was chosen for its ability to withstand potential friction with tyre and for easy cleaning.

Important: Check the dimensions on the product spec sheet to make sure it's compatible with your bike:

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
We do our utmost to use the least abrasive materials possible and design products that offer optimum stability. However, friction can sometimes occur between the bag and the frame of your bike.To protect your frame and avoid possible abrasion, we strongly recommend that you apply protective stickers to the contact areas.
