We are proud to present spirulina... in tablet form!
What do you know about spirulina? It's a type of seaweed that is an excellent dietary supplement and also contains vitamins, minerals and trace elements. Especially when you start to ramp up the intensity of your training sessions before a competition.
Rather than peppering your food with powdered spirulina, we have created this spirulina in tablet form: easier to take during meals and handier to store and transport.
So, how do I take a course of spirulina?
With its antioxidant properties, spirulina can be an excellent training partner, especially during intense workouts. So, how do I take a course of spirulina? We recommend this bottle containing 84 tablets:
2 per day the first week,
4 per day the second week
and 6 per day the third week, to be taken with meals, creating a crescendo effect!
Repeat during the year as necessary. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 2, 4 or 6 tablets.
Our design team gives has some tips and advice on taking a course of spirulina:
"The advantage of this product is that you start with 1 gram of spirulina per day and finish with 3 grams: this allows you to gradually get used to it. The idea is to start the course when you start ramping up your training sessions. If your competitions start early, in April for example, you can start at the beginning of the year."
