This impact vest and buoyancy aid allows you to practise your water sports safely (particularly dinghy sailing, wingfoil, kitesurfing, surfoil, wakeboarding). It has been tested and certified for shock and impact protection.
This vest is also a buoyancy aid certified to ISO 12402-5 - 50 newtons. This vest keeps the airways out of the water for a conscious person who knows how to swim. It is not self-righting.
Protection and lightness
For optimal ergonomics, the thickness of the foam layer varies between 15 and 21 mm depending on the sensitivity of each zone and the movements of the body.
The multi-foam construction sandwiched with 1 layer of neoprene and 1 layer of elastane is comfortable, lightweight, and makes it feel like a "second skin".

Full protection, zero restriction
The long shape distributes buoyancy over a large area and improves ergonomics.
This protection is designed to be as discreet as possible.
It is designed to be easy to put on over the head while wearing a helmet.
The seams, 20 separate pieces of foam and the armholes allow the vest to adapt to your body shape. This model is designed for the female torso. The ultra-stretch 1.7 mm neoprene provides great flexibility and follows your movements.
Hard-wearing
Between the friction caused by carrying equipment to the water, and the movements during the activity (leash, harness, manoeuvres), your impact vest and buoyancy aid is subject to abrasion.
Reinforcements made from abrasion-resistant material are placed under the arms, at the sides and at the bottom of the vest.
And to take the strain off while carrying a foil, there’s a special section of foam on the shoulder.
Easy on/off
The women’s long impact vest is easy to put on and take off using the side zip. Its location on the side frees up your movements and prevents damage to your board when you get up.
What’s more, there’s a neoprene flap with rip-tab at the top of the zip slider to secure it and prevent it coming into contact with your arms.
An adjustable side buckle at the waist ensures your impact vest stays securely in place throughout your session.
Pocket
Handy! This women’s long impact vest and buoyancy aid has a zipped pocket measuring around 15x17 cm (varies slightly depending on the size) for storing a waterproof pouch, for example. Water evacuation is provided, but the pocket is not waterproof.
An elasticated loop on the inside of the pocket can be used to secure items (waterproof pouch, key, etc.)
Sizing guide
An impact vest should be snug fit, as neoprene tends to give slightly once in the water.
