For the snowboard range, we make it a point of honour to offer you products that make your life easier and protect you. ZIPROTEC technology allows you to combine your jacket and your DBCK 500 M or DBCK 900 M back protector. Saving you the need to decide what to put on in the morning, this jacket will protect you from inclement weather as well as any shocks experienced during falls.
How does my product warranty work?
This product is repairable. We commit to repairing your product free of charge during the 5 years of the warranty. Whatever it is, fixings, seams, zips, etc., this service is offered in your usual store. However, if we can't repair your product (production defect), we will exchange it or reimburse you.

How can I be sure about the durability of my jacket?
Our snowboard jackets are guaranteed for 5 years. We offer repairs locally if your jacket is damaged. Contact us on our website to find out more about how to get your product repaired.
We take particular care in choosing all the elements and assembly processes that make up our ski and snowboard jackets so they are as durable as possible.
Water often gets in through the seams. Does my jacket have taped seams?
In addition to the waterproof fabric, we reinforce the waterproofing of the jacket with taped seams. These are heat-bonded waterproof strips placed on the seams inside the clothing to make it perfectly watertight. For this product, all seams (100%) are waterproof.
What is the water repellent feature of my jacket for?
The water-repellent feature makes water run off the fabric without seeping in thanks to a treatment applied to its outer surface. The fabric does not soak up water and stays light and warm. This treatment must be renewed during the life of the product, after 2 to 3 washes on average, using the products available in our stores. All the waterproof jackets that we design for snowboarders are water-repellent.

Storage tips
It is better to store on a hanger and avoid folding to prevent damage to the membrane. Dry thoroughly before storing in a dry and well-ventilated place.

All the Dreamscape snowboard products are tested in the real-life conditions of use for which they were designed: in the snow, cold and all the conditions encountered when snowboarding and skiing.
