    The smaller size and super lightweight makes spiking easier to learn for children. The soft EVA outcover reduces the impact of all the volleyball gestures meaning children can concentrate on learning and have fun.

    Which size to choose ?

    The choice of ball depends on weight

    Children aged 6 to 9 will need a ball weighing between 200 and 220 grams

    Children aged 10 to 14 will need a ball weighing between 230 and 250 grams

    From the age of 15 upwards, we recommend a ball weighing between 260 and 280 grams

    You can play with a Size 4 ball in training, but the official Size 5 ball will be used in competition.
