FOR WHAT DISCIPLINE?
This is a kite made for flying.
Discovery: Learn to launch, land and steer a kite using a 2-line bar.
Playing with the wind: Feel the pull in your arms and enjoy the experience, without the physical demands of a larger kite.
Architecture of the kite
A simple, proven open-cell design:
Quick setup: No inflation required, air flows into the kite naturally. Just unroll it and it’s ready to go.
Crash-proof: With no rigid structure, it collapses without breaking. The open cells prevent damage during sudden drops to the ground, a common occurrence when learning.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Material: Ripstop polyester. Reinforced fabric withstands repeated landings on sand or grass.
Lines: Braided polyester. Flexible lines that tolerate steering mistakes and absorb sudden pulls.
Surface: 1m² (Low traction/High speed in stronger winds).
RANGE OF USE
This small kite needs only a light breeze to perform (2 to 5 Beaufort):
Light wind (<15 km/h): Gentle flight, ideal for kids.
Strong wind (>25 km/h): The kite becomes fast and lively! This is where it becomes great fun for older or more experienced fliers wanting to sharpen their reaction speed.
